針對粉末冶金方法制備復雜流道結構噴嘴存在的制造成本高、加工難度大等問題,提出一種基于熔融沉積成型與燒結(FDMS)技術的金屬金剛石復合材料噴嘴成型制造方法,并分析了熔融沉積打印參數與脫脂工藝參數對噴嘴質量的影響。結果表明:在熱脫脂過程中,粘結劑的氣體擴散通道的數量會顯著影響生坯的脫脂效果,適當增加氣體擴散的通道并選擇陶瓷相材料作為流道成型的打印材料,能夠減少生坯脫脂后出現的塌陷、變形等缺陷,并可確保燒結后噴嘴內部通道的完整性;當生坯脫脂后形貌保持較好時,燒結后的噴嘴能夠維持良好的端面形態及流道結構,但是相較于生坯流道尺寸,燒結后的噴嘴流道尺寸沿徑向收縮了約14%;微觀組織分析表明試樣內部未出現斷裂缺陷,金剛石顆粒均勻分布在金屬胎體內,噴嘴的質量初步達到預期效果。

The powder metallurgy method for preparing nozzles with complex runner structures involves high manufacturing costs, processing difficulties and other issues. This paper proposes a nozzle modeling and manufacturing method based on fused deposition modeling and sintering (FDMS) technology, and analyzes the impact of the fused depositon printing parameters and debinding process parameters on nozzle quality. The conclusions can be drawn as follows: during the thermal debinding process, the evaporation pathways of the binder inside green parts significantly influence the debinding efficiency,appropriately increasing the evaporation paths of the binder and choosing the ceramic composites as the main material for the modeling of flow channel, thereby ensuring the integrity of internal channels after postsintering. when the brown parts can retain a good morphology, the sintered nozzles retain a good end face and flow channel morphology,however,compared to flow channel size of the green parts, the sintered flow channel size shrinks by about 14% in the radial direction. The microstructure analysis indicates that, there is no fracture defect inside the specimen, and the diamond particles are uniformly distributed in the matrix, the quality of the nozzle has preliminarily reached the expected results.
